Qualification & Person Specifications
* Positions 1: Good University degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper); Minimum of 6 – 7 years experience in Human Resources Mgt, of which 3 should be at senior supervisory level; Excellent inter-personal/people management skills; Practical knowledge of organisation design, compensation & performance management systems is a must; Excellent oral & written communication
* Positions 2: Good 1st degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper); Excellent procurement, contracting & vendor management skill; Minimum of 6 – 7 years experience in Administrative services; Good Negotiation, Procurement & Vendor Mgt skills; PC skills, excellent oral & written communication are essential
* Positions 3: Good University degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper); ACA; Minimum of 5 – 6 years post-qualification experience; Strong Analytical skills; Good PC skills; Good working knowledge of Sage Patel or any accounting software is essential; Excellent oral & written communication
* Position 4: Good University degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper) Minimum of 3 – 4 years experience in a similar position in a reputable organisation; Good PC skills; Good inter-personal skills; Excellent oral & written communication
* Positions 5 to 9: Good 1st degree (minimum 2nd Class Upper); Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a similar position; Good PC skills; Good inter-personal skills; Excellent oral & written communication
