Job Description
· Provide advice on recruitment matters to line and departmental managers
· Ensure approved documents are submitted (requisition form and company structure) before vacancies are advertised

· Confirm person specifications on role profiles before vacancies are advertised
· Writing job advertisements and deciding how and which medium to use
· Manage the SAHARA Career portal
· Designing or revising recruitment forms, including developing online processes
· Preparing other recruitment material for example, brochures and further particulars
· Develop creative recruitment solutions when the Group experiences difficulties in attracting the appropriate quality of staff
· Oversee the screening of application forms and short listing applicants.
· Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities
· Keep up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes
· Coordinate Assessment Centers for graduate recruitment and more senior vacancies
· Train staff in recruitment process and on the role of the assessor at an Assessment Centers
· Develop plans to relocate staff to new departments and jobs within any company in the Group
Additional Information
· Good B.Sc. degree in a relevant field
· 4 years experience, 2 of which should be as a Recruitment person
· Experience of working in a large organization or Multinational would be an added advantage
· Ability to keep confidential records.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
· Quick self starter, multi-tasking and follow-through abilities.
· Ability to network with peers and other stakeholders
